CUBAN EIGHT

Lesson demonstrating how to perform the Cuban Eight. To perform this lesson a Se5e is used to show this particular maneuver. Your heading, height and speed should be relatively unchanged from where you started.

Alright, going to be performing a Cuban Eight. (S.E.5a) First off we will check our heading, height, and speed. Heading: East, speed: 128mph (miles per hour), and we’re at 4000 feet. So we being to pull up, check the horizon to see that our wings are relatively level, come out 2/3 of the loop, roll out now that we are inverted, come out level. Then perform another 2/3 of a loop, coming up, check the horizon, make sure it’s level, go inverted, then roll out, the level out.

Now checking our heading height and speed; we’re heading east, 126 mph, at 4000 feet.
